PurePEL DIP240 Dry Ice Pelletizer
Continuous pellet production for round-the-clock plants.
High-output, stainless pelletizer for continuous in-house dry ice—~529 lb/hr, <20 s start-up, touch HMI, forklift-friendly service access.
pelletizersOverview
DIP 240 is built for continuous, high-volume dry-ice production in a compact footprint. Internal LCO₂ routing enables <20 s start-up, while the stainless cabinet, forklift-friendly base, and large removable panels simplify cleaning and maintenance. A front-delivery layout centers the collection box for even fill, and the touch HMI offers I/O diagnostics and per-valve checks. Optimized LCO₂ supply and conversion piping improves efficiency; with proper tank and line installation, real-world conversion can approach ~2.2:1. Built with industrial components (Danfoss / Siemens) and a high-performance hydraulic power unit.
